Monday.com makes Singapore 2nd APAC HQ

Monday.com has designated Singapore as its second Asia-Pacific headquarters, after Sydney, to expand its regional footprint.

The decision was based on Singapore’s position as a regional hub for tech firms, supported by skilled talent, clear regulations and government backing for AI development. Measures in the 2026 national budget — including a new AI council, tax incentives for AI spending and workforce training funding — further reinforce its position.

Industry data shows nearly half of Southeast Asian businesses have advanced past AI trials, with Singapore leading at 56 percent of enterprises scaling adoption. However, talent gaps, integration challenges and uncertain returns on investment often limit results.

Monday.com’s platform helps bridge this gap by enabling organisations to move from testing to full deployment and deliver tangible business value.

Since launching its Singapore base in October 2025, the firm has grown its regional team to more than 30 staff. It reports 23 percent year-on-year growth across Southeast Asia and serves more than 4,700 customers in the region.

The company has appointed Chris Jordan (top) as Regional Vice President for Southeast Asia and Country Manager for Singapore

Jordan brings more than 20 years of leadership experience across Asia-Pacific, including roles at BBDO, Salesforce and most recently as Regional Vice President of Slack in Southeast Asia.

Based in Singapore, he will oversee operations in Southeast Asia and India, focusing on enterprise growth, partner networks and practical AI deployment.

“Singapore sits at the heart of a shift where businesses are moving from curiosity to large-scale AI use. This hub underscores our long-term commitment to the whole region,” Jordan said.
